Yesterday I was allowed out of ES3 ward and out of SLaM psychiatric hospital accompanied by two people to visit my abode for a one off Section 17 leave. I was given a maximum of two hours, and amongst other things told that if I ran off, Carolyn Cowan HUGO would be contacted for the safety of her and her children and then the police would find me and I would be escorted back to HMP Holloway Women's Prison.

Last night, my trifluoperazine liquid anti-psychotic sugar-free oral medication was also increased from 25ml to 30mls. As a result, I am now sleeping almost every waking moment.

As a recovering addict, one day at a time, I find taking any kind of drugs including, alcohol and prescribed drugs challenging. Especially in the wake of the late Mr Michael Jackson, King of Pop. I am however added with this by reading the Sixth Edition of the Basic Text of Narcotics Anonymous which I received whilst in HMP Holloway Womens Prison Supervised by RAPt.
