Just when I was beginning to think that sleep was the order of the day for me with my increased medication and lack of leave on a locked psychiatric ward. I received the following emails and was over joyed. They have really made my day. Thank you so much for your support.

What can I say, except Not this again. And No, I have not seen James since before his tenth birthday and no, I don't know when I will be released.

Only today have I been able to find your email on my phone as my old account has closed and my battery was flat. Please put this new email in as my current.

I have received an invitation requesting the pleasure of my company to the Vauxhall Conservative Association Drinks Reception on Monday 21st September 2009, with Cllr John Whelan Leader of the Conservative Group on Lambeth Council & Glyn Chambers Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Vauxhall. I wonder if I will be able to have unsupervised leave from the ward to attend?

Good to hear from you and I hope that the NHS is looking after you well.

I'm doing pretty well after the op. It is slow and I need to be careful not to do too much walking but I'm so much better than before. It's great.

Other than that just gearing up to finish my masters dissertation and still enjoying the Home Office.

Hope you and yours are well and that you are looking after yourself.
